Business Identification

Aidipet operates strictly as a B2B manufacturer and supplier of pet products, including LED dog collars and accessories.

Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

All product quotes are subject to minimum order quantity requirements. Prices displayed or quoted are exclusive of shipping costs, import duties, customs taxes, and localized tariffs unless explicitly stated otherwise in a formal Proforma Invoice (PI).

Customization & Intellectual Property

Custom logos, colors, and packaging requested under OEM/ODM orders are manufactured based on client specifications. Clients represent that they hold full rights to any trademarks or designs provided to Aidipet.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment as specified in the commercial contract. Custom/OEM orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

Aidipet shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, shipping delays caused by third-party logistics, or customs clearance holds in destination countries.
