Refund & Returns Policy

At Aidipet, we adhere to strict quality control processes to ensure all LED dog collars meet international standards. Because we deal primarily in B2B wholesale and custom manufacturing, our return policy operates under the following terms:

Defective Items & Quality Issues

If any batch contains manufacturing defects (e.g., malfunctioning LED modules, defective stitching, or battery failure), buyers must report the issue within 14 days of shipment receipt. Please provide photos, video proof, and batch numbers to support@aidipet.com.

Resolution of Defects

Upon verification, Aidipet will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

• Replacement units included in your next production run/order.
• Replacement parts sent via express freight for repairable units.
• Credit voucher applied to future orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Sample orders, customized OEM/ODM products, and items damaged due to improper storage or customer handling are strictly non-refundable.

Shipping Fees

Unless the return/replacement is due to a verified manufacturing error on our part, all return freight charges and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
